The Pathway to Tarbes Scheme is a successful Mini Tennis performance programme funded by the LTA Herts. Farid has been linked to the scheme since the start of the programme in 2007. Several National junior players have attended the Tarbes programme. The LTA Herts organises a Talented Identification day per term at Gosling International High Performance Centre to spot some athletic, enthusiastic and committed Mini tennis club players to join the Tarbes programme.
